Another Great Reason to Book With Millenium Management!!
Dear Laraine, (Vista Cay by Millenium)
Myself and family have recently returned from our third consecutive visit to Vista Cay, as usual it once again provides us with the perfect holiday experience.
The main reason i am contacting you is that on our second day very late in the evening 9pm we had a small problem with access to our condo, the code we were using decided to not to allow us inside...........big problem.
We also realised our paperwork with emergency number and our mobile phone were locked inside condo....problem getting bigger.
You may remember our travel company in the UK did not book through yourselves this year....big mistake, anyway we went to your management office next to Publix and requested help from Charles and Adnan.
Even though we were not using millenium management this year the two gentlemen could not have been more helpful, they tried very hard to find our management company on the internet.......did not exist, by telephone.....nobody had heard of them, we were now getting worried.
Charles drove to our condo to try and gain access.......no joy, its now 1030pm.
Charles suggested we drive to our management office (in Kissimee) in case an emergency number was posted on the door, in the meantime he would phone around and try and find a solution.
Eventually at around 12pm midnight Charles and Adnan managed to contact someone from our management company and request a new door code, a new code was released after some security checks.
Your two employees went way above and beyond the call of duty that night, they could have easily turned us away, but no they helped us out and we will forever be grateful for their actions.
Its not often in the world we live that terrific service is recognised, we only talk about the bad side of people hence the reason i felt i had to contact you.
We will return again next year to Vista Cay........and book through yourselves.
All the best

You can’t miss this holiday extravaganza held annually at the Gaylord Palms. Make sure you bundle up for this dose of winter. This spectacle is made from nearly two million pounds of ice and you will be able to see beautiful ice sculptures and play in the snow.
The shaped, cut, illuminated and often colored ice takes over a large portion of the Gaylord Palms exhibition center as you walk through the chilly 9 degrees environment in the winter parkas provided by the Gaylord Palms. (Although the parkas are provided, close toed shoes are a must and warm jackets, sweaters and gloves/mittens are highly recommended so you can enjoy the experience.)
The entire ICE attraction is carved by a team of 40 artisans from Harbin, China. If you are lucky, you will be able to see one of the artisans working on a sculpture during your tour. Harbin is best known for its annual Ice Park and International Ice Festival.
The tour of Ice begins with a very short five minute video that explains how the ICE show came to America and how it is assembled each year.
Back to the actual tour, besides the opportunity to have their photo with a 10-foot tall ice sculpture Santa Claus, complete with red suit made of ice, the highlight for kids will be the slides made of ice. That's right, for youngsters, or the young at heart; ice has been crafted into a large ice slide, you can spend as much time as you want on the slides, but the 9 degree temperature will catch up to you very quickly.
Finally, the most dramatic and powerful ice sculpture is the crystal-clear life sized replica of the Nativity scene, which depicts the birth of Jesus Christ in a manger.

Note: Purchase tickets in advance, especially if attending on weekends, to avoid lengthy lines.
